Ever since I was very little, I always enjoyed drawing. I knew that I wanted to do something with art in the future but I wanted to expand my talents more.
The artwork I have always enjoyed doing was making shapes and drawing portraits of people. I love to see the outcome of portraits and to see if the picture is accurate.
I really enjoy sketching symbolic things, it's a chance for me to express my feelings through drawing and it could always have a different meaning for someone else. I want any person who looks at my symbolic drawings and think of their own connection with the piece.
I hope to continue creating art through out my life. It's something that makes me really happy and keeps me at peace.
As the years have gone by in art, I've definitely grown in ability. I am now in my second year of Studio Art and I highly enjoy it. I've discovered a love for painting and for sketching real life pictures.
This is my last year of high school and my last art class in my high school career. I hope to continue drawing for the rest of my life or at least continue doing creative things.
